Reflection: I agree with Tyler Haws because he is incredibly correct in this statement. Any time that you work so much for something you love you will accomplish it. I also believe in this quote because if you practice every day for basketball and you do the hard things. At the end you should get a marvelous result that you will enjoy.

Kobe Bryant

A professional basketball player who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers. Kobe is 36 years old who was born on August 23.He is married to Vanessa Bryant and they have 2 daughters together. Kobe has played his entire career with the Lakers and has won 5 NBA championships. Kobe unlike others did not attend college right after high school he was drafted into the NBA. Although he hasn't played much during these past two years he is still one of my favorite players ever. His passion and tenacity for the game of basketball is what makes him my favorite basketball player.He is my idol also because he is helpful to those people who live in "Skid Row".

I think not a lot of positive things are happening in the city of Los Angeles. For example just yesterday very close to our school there was a car pursuit that was a pretty big thing because there were several helicopters in the area. Another thing that has me thinking is why we have to come to school every day. It isn’t a very fun thing to do.

Reflection: I agree with Brigham Young because the ones that can have true independence and freedom are the ones who do everything right. For example if the cops find you with illegal drugs then you will pay the consequences which can take away your freedom and independence.

Who was St. Patrick? St. Patrick was one of Ireland’s most famous saints

What is the purpose of St. Patrick’s Day? The purpose of St.Patrick’s day was celebrates the Roman Catholic feast day of the patron saint of Ireland. St. Patrick died on March 17, 461.

Why is St.Patrick’s Day designed when it is? It particularly remembers St Patrick, one of Ireland's patron saints, who ministered Christianity in Ireland during the fifth century.

Olivet Eagles Football Team

Olivet middle school is located in Olivet, Michigan. There football team had a player who was disabled so he wasn’t really able to play as much. So his team helped out. Olivet middle school was at home while playing a football game. The team ran for a play that ended at the 1 yard line. From there the young boy Keith whom was disabled carried the ball and scored a touchdown.The team and Keith’s family were so proud of him.

Reflection: I agree with George Chapman because the only truly great are those who are truly good. This is true because if you are truly great you won’t need any illegal drugs because you are already truly good.

Reflection: I agree with George Mitchell because he is correct. If you do drugs now it won’t affect you right away. Drugs will affect you usually later in the long run. Doing drugs while playing sports is illegal because it makes players better. That is practically cheating!

Oncologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Oncology doctors, or oncologists, are specialists in the treatment of cancer patients, either as clinicians or in research and academic settings. As with all doctors, the pathway to this career is a long and demanding one.

Salary: $217,856 annually**

Education: M.D. plus residency or fellowship

Reflection: I would like to become an Oncologist because to me it seems interesting. I also want to become one so I can help find a cure for cancer.

Reflection: I agree with Benjamin Franklin.For example nothing maters even if you have everything you want in a girlfriend but, if she has a good heart it makes everything perfect.Lets say she is beautiful and all but if she has a bad attitude it kills everything.

Mitch McKee

Mitch did an outstanding job. When he first found out his dad had an incurable form of cancer. Mitch cried but he didn’t let it get to him. Instead of staying sad about it he found a way of making his father proud. Mitch started training for wrestling. As time went by he got better and better. At the very end Mitch won the state championship. His dad was so proud of him.

Reflection: I would not like to become a health educator. It is a job i am not interested. I also don't like the job description
